It tells the history of democracy from the ideas of Rousseau, Hobbes and John Locke, the recent changes and the future of democracy, through the vision of Yara Frateschi, professor of ethics and political philosophy at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and Adrian Lavalle, professor of political science at the School of Philosophy of the University of São Paulo (USP).
