Synopsis
Sustainability is the central theme of this documentary on society in the recent global crisis, which emphatically denounces the true crisis facing the planet today. PUC-RJ professor Sergio Besserman looks at six factors surrounding global warming, while UFF anthropologist and professor Via Barbosa discusses whether life can expand in a world where the economy shrinks. The documentary, part of the series “Contemporary Thinking”, addresses the current scenario of sustainability and what must be done in light of global warming and the consumerist life of today’s societies.
